There is no meeting at Waikaraka Speedway Saturday night 17th January 2004.

There will however be a sponsor's day where all cars are welcome ($10.00 fee) which will run between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. This has been organised by the ASSCC inc.

The Sunday News International Solo Troupe will be racing at Waikaraka Speedway on Sunday 18th starting at 4 p.m. Support classes include Sidecars, Thunderchairs Quarter Midgets, Mini Stox and ATVs.

The next Saturday meeting will be on the 24th January. There will be twin 20 lap features for Limited Saloons. Details are available by clicking the link provided (Details Here) Visiting Limited Saloons are welcome to come race on that night. The meeting will be supported by Streetstocks, Vintage Stockcars, The International Solo troupe racing on the BullRing and Modifieds.

The meeting scheduled at Waikaraka Speedway for January 31st will now feature the Xtreme Stockcar Teams. Any standard stocks not involved with a team are more than welcome to come and race on the night., particularly out of town visitors. Support classes on the 31st January include International Solos on the BullRing, ATV's, Mini Stox and Super Stockcars.

The $10,000.00 Dirt Cup will be raced over one night on February 7th. For details click on the provided link (Details Here).

Also coming up later in the season is The Mad Butcher Derby Night which will have Derby Teams racing, Jalopy racing and the Destruction Derby with a ramp. The Mad Butcher Derby night is February 21st.

The last scheduled Derby of the season, March 27th, has reverted back to a caravan derby as originally proposed rather than a Ramp Derby.

The Stockcar Teams Nationals is the only two day meeting scheduled for Waikaraka Speedway. Of the eight teams invited to the Nationals at least one will be from the South Island. The date of the Teams Nationals is the 19th and 20th March 2004.
